When we were looking for a home, three things about this property really got our attention: it is in a perfect location; it’s a solid, built-to-last house; it’s on a great piece of property with a fantastic backyard. These three factors have been the basis for many years of enjoyable home-ownership.

If I were a buyer I’d appreciate knowing that the roof, windows and doors are all new. I’d love to find out that the new heating system is a high-end, high-efficiency unit that keeps heating bills low. What I’d really want to know is that from the under-the-sink water-filtration system to the smart space-saving floor-door for interior access to the basement, all the updates and upgrades that have been made over the past few years make this home this a clean, green, low-maintenance, easy-living home that is about as worry-free as homeownership gets.
What is great about the area in your opinion?
Highview Circle in Middletown is great for so many reasons. Shopping, nightlife, recreation, entertainment, restaurants are all available around the corner and likewise commuting options are all within a minutes drive. But, what really sets this particular area apart is that with all that it offers close at hand, Highview Circle still maintains an almost rural nature that makes being home peaceful, quiet and relaxing.
Average Utility Costs?
The new high-efficiency baseboard heating system keeps heating costs really low. The new Whole House fan almost eliminates the need for AC! And, when AC is needed, energy-star window units provide “zoned cooling” so staying comfortable doesn’t cost a lot. City sewer and water are super convenient and the new large capacity hot-water heater ensures everyone has enough hot water in the shower.
